Park Vendor,
The Clark Chamber of Commerce is preparing for our annual “Potato Day”
celebration, which will be held Sat., August 2, 2008. Exciting events are
being planned for people of all ages & an anticipated 1 500+ people will
be on hand to enjoy the festivities & purchase your merchandise in the park.
The Chamber is looking for individuals/groups with quality merchandise to sell
such as crafts, handiwork, decorations, food, produce, etc. The booths will be
open from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm on Sat., Aug. 2nd. Set—up for your booth will be
from 7:30am— 9:00am that morning. The cost for a 10’ booth space is $1 5.00
without electricity &
$20.00 with electricity. If you need a larger area, there will be an additional
charge. To reserve your space please return the enclosed registration slip,
along with payment (made to Clark Chamber of Commerce), to Box 163, Clark, SD
57225. The registration deadline is July 25, 2008. If you
register after this date the fee increases to $20.00 without electricity and
$25.00 with electricity.
The Chamber of Commerce WILL NOT supply any tables or chairs for vendors. You
will be assigned a space for your booth, and moving from your assigned space
WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Approximately 1 week prior to Potato Day you will be sent
a map with directions to your assigned location, If you would like to be in the
same area as previously, please specify that on your registration slip.
