OFFICIAL RULES

          You can enter any one or all five categories, the choice is yours.  Entries must be submitted to the Clark Potato Day Headquarters Booth, Dacotah Bank Tent in Dickinson Park, by 11 AM on Saturday, August 2, 2008.  Please bring in your entry as well as your recipe on a 3” x 5” index card.  Winners will be announced by 2:00 PM.  If you have prepared an entry that has small items such as cookies, you should provide 3 or more samples.  Thanks and good luck.
