WHO: Little girls and boys age 7 or younger.
WHAT: Little Miss and Master Tater Tot Contest — And “potato sack” outfit creation contest
WHERE: Dickenson Park in Clark
WHEN: August 2nd - The event will be held at 10:45am.   Meet at Chamber Booth in the Park at 10:30am.
REQUIREMENTS: All contestants must be within the specified age range and the entrants should wear a decorated “potato sack” for their outfit.
WINNERS: Awards for Little Miss and Master Tater Tot will be drawn from a hat. Other awards will be judged for best dressed potato sack for the entrants modeling their potato sack attire. All contestants will receive a photo with Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head.
Little Miss and Master Tater Tot will also have the opportunity to ride in the Potato Day Parade.
HOW TO ENTER: There is no registration fee to participate — simply complete the form below.

WAIVER: In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I hereby release the sponsors! organizers of this event from any damages, liability or injuries suffered by as a result of participation in this event. I also give permission for the free use of any names and/or pictures in any broadcast, telecast, or print media account of this event. Only one participant per entry form, please. You may use photocopies.
